Shipping and Handling
Orders received Monday through Friday will ship within 48 hours. Orders are shipped from our main warehouse facilities in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
Internet orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.
We ship with UPS or the USPS to locations within the USA. Shipping charge is based on how much your order weighs. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

For air shipments and for shipping outside the USA, please call OmniCel Batteries at 1-610-676-0591.
We accept returns that are received within 10 business days from customer’s receipt of product. Returned products must be in original new sealed condition. Customer must pay return shipping fee and returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Order cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the same day that the order was placed.

The e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and any information volunteered by the customer, such as survey information, site registrations, or e-commerce is used to contact customers and/or to improve the content of our web pages.
